At Hunt Craft Knives, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or other valid concerns, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds: If the product you receive is defective or does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Defective Items: For items found to be defective, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at info@huntcraftknives.com. If you simply didn’t like the knife and it has no defects, please note that we will deduct the return shipping cost and the payment processing fee charged by our payment provider. Once we receive the knife and complete our review, we will proceed with your refund and ensure a prompt resolution.

14-Days Return Period: You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it if it is defective or does not meet your expectations.

Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition unless defective. 

Return Process: Contact our customer service team at Info@huntcraftknives.com to initiate the return process. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

For defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, shipping costs may apply.
